Morgan

So I got on a house kick right before Christmas. A house we admired was for sale and I tried to schedule a showing. Well long story short we never saw a house, not one. Fast forward to today and the Realtor that I briefly talked to originally called me. The second house we were interested in became active again and was back on the market. Well... OK lets me see it!

This is Morgan. Say hi to Her!

Morgan is a 3 bedroom, 1 and 2 1/2 bath colonial in THE neighborhood.

Morgan has had some updates (all though not all amazing). The kitchen has industrial cabinets. Think doctors office. But, Its the least of my worries! The flooring looks decent but could use some work. What you see of the "eat in kitchen" is it. That small.

For her age, she has a nice second floor bathroom. Granted its the only shower/tub in the house. The 2 half baths are...interesting. Both are tucked into what was either closets at one time or were turned into "water closets". Both are tucked under stairs leaving just enough room for a toilet and sink. However this bathroom has been nicely done with the exception of the purple violet tiles in the shower enclosure.

Now since we aren't really looking for a house I'll have to talk Hubbs into seeing it. I wonder if I can do that. Any words of advice?
